     Some items to be paid attention to when producing such wire harness:

     1. Cable used: tow cables UL20276 2PX28AWG (Middle Jacket PVC Black OD4.2mm)+1C(PVC Gray))X28AWG+5CX28AWG+AF Jacket PVC Black,OD6.8mm;

     2. Key procedures during the production: welding and wire harness processing; the welding point should be smooth and full and without weak welding, false welding and welding point detachment; the wire harness should go through a 100% test after welding and AB welding adhesive should be applied to avoid welding point detachment;

     3. all wires, during the production, should get rid of superficial scratch and breakage;
