       Bergstrom (Changzhou) air conditioning Ltd., founded on 21st July, 1998, is an enterprise manufacturing the air conditioning system and defrosting fan mounted on vehicle and some other components used for them. In this project, we customized a kind of automobile new energy wire harness (fan motor wire harness) as required by the customer, specially introduced in the technology of ultrasonic welding to increase quality and efficiency and got highly praised by our customer for doing so.

       The difference between ultrasonic welding and traditional welding: Formerly, to connect the metal to metal and plastic to plastic and form a strong connection, welding was often used. However, welding like that can only weld some common metal and the connection it forms is not that good. And now the ultrasonic welding is used wider and more, for the welding result it does far outruns common welding and it has many advantages.

        Advantage 1: With the aspect of welding plastic, the ultrasonic welding is quicker and of stronger strength and sealability. For now, it has replaced techniques like traditional welding and adhesion. It has lower cost and no pollution and won't harm the components during its stable welding process. What's more, when operating welding, all parameters can be traced by software and if there's a malfunction, it can be immediately excluded and fixed.

        Advantage 2: When welding the metal, the ultrasonic won't melt them or weaken their characteristics. And the joint is of good conductivity with its resistance limitless approaching 0. The most importantly, no matter what's on the metal, be it oxidization or plating, the ultrasonic can weld within a short time and without any flux and flame. It's a safe and environmental welding.
