"6S" Training of Kable-X Technology

       On September 15, 2021, under the organization of Mr. Peter, all staff, together with the leaders, actively participated in the "6S" training. During it, we all deeply realized that the "6S" management is a all-direction systematic management. "SEIRI, SEITON, SEISO, SEIKETSU", namely "reorganizing, disposal, thorough cleaning, keeping clean", is aimed to strengthen the on-site management and optimize the environment quality, thus creating a comfortable, clean and tidy working site with comprehensive hardware facilities for employees. And as for "SHITSUKE, SECURITY", which means "staff calibre, safety", is to raise the employees' quality, enhance the work efficiency and guaranteeing the safe production of enterprise, building a team of employees of high quality and a good image of enterprise. Embedded such principle in mind, we can actually implement them. Furthermore, the theme of each morning meeting is centring on "6S", to keep everyone bear it in mind.

       By learning the "6S" management, we regulate the work site, cultivate good habits of employees, constantly improving staff quality and ensuring the safety of products, devices and people. It still takes many work to actually implement the management concept "people-oriented" and daily check is needed to maintain and thus form a habit. From small to big, "6S" is the "little things" that shows real success.
