EV wire harness

       Basically, the EV wire harness shares the same structure and function with that of traditional fuel vehicle, but differs in details, for example, the EV wire harness should be characteristic of high-temperature-resistance, anti-electromagnetic-disturbance, water-and-dust-proofness and etc., and, at the same time, meet the requirement of being safer, more reliable and more efficient. The quality of EV wire harness directly affects the performance and reliability of the EV, hence the quality and manufacturing technology of the EV wire harness is quite essential.

 

The EV wire harness is widely used in the following aspects:
1. HV Cable: used for transmission between the HV battery group and battery driving unit inside the EV, characterized by high-temperature-resistance, anti-electromagnetic disturbance, brasion-resistance, stretch-resistance and etc.
2. LV Cable: used for transmission between various electrical appliances and electronic units, characterized by high-temperature-resistance, brasion-resistance, oxidation resistance, anti-electromagnetic-disturbance and etc.
3. Sensor Cable: used for transmission between various sensors and electronic control system, characterized by high-precision, high-sensitivity, anti-disturbance and etc.
4. Charging Wire Harness: used for transmission between the charging device and HV battery group inside the EV, characterized by HV resistance, high-temperature-resistance, anti-electric-leakeage and etc.
5. Vehicle-Mounted Communication System Wire Harness: used for transmission between the vehicle-mounted communication system and body control system of the EV, charactrized by high-speed transmission, low-delay, low-anti-disturbance and etc.
