Successfully Completed the Xi'an Jiaotong University Alumni Meeting

      At 3:00 pm, the activity started. Following the leading of the general manager and some other senior executives, the alumni visited the Kable-X, seeing the main products, production equipment, technique processes, R&D and etc. And the alumni can't help approve of the company at seeing the busy personnel and production.

      Moving forward to the meeting room, here's the communication section. Different from the previous one, the chairman suggested the sharing take the form of special report + case analysis + private advisory board + project road show + personal presentation, aiming to get rid of meaningless introduction, deeply understand the enterprise, conclude the core capability, analyze the shortcoming, propose the solution, deploy related resource, present personal advantage and centering around activating the enterprise, enhancing communication efficiency and efficiently integrating the resource.

       As regards our general manager, Mr. Sun made a special report on "R&D and Customization of High-End Equipment Wire Harness", telling of the basic condition of high-end wire harness industry, personal business starting experience, company business and technology and future development plan. Regarding the sections of "environment, question and consideration", he proposed some profound questions to discuss with the alumni, like "is it necessary to adjust the development direction? If so, how to make that happen? Is there any other better directions like disposable medical supplies, semi-conductor equipment, sensors and etc? What is the long-term development path of the manufacturing enterprise? Which path fits us the most and how do we take it? Will the developement path of 'traditonal industry + technological innovation + self-brand + digital energization + lean operation + domestic and abroad double circulation' really work?

      The sharing and thinking of Mr.Zhang stirred up the alumni's thinking and quickly push the meeting atmosphere to the climax. For most of the alumni present have rich experience in entity management, technology R&D and business-starting and investment and various resources, they quickly began the discussion on Kable-X and the questions mentioned before, actively sharing their specialties and opinions on these fields and putting forward many conducive, viable and reasonable suggestions and presenting potential cooperation resources and opportunities personal or platform-belonging. At the meantime, everyone present gained their new knowledge and beneficial experience from other's sharing.

      After the discussion, every alumnus present made a 3-5 min personal speech. Since we had informed in advance, every alumnus made their preparations and short, though, the speech is profound, letting others get familiar with themselves quickly, knowing the specialties and finding out the cooperation opportunities. Qingyu Hong, from Matrix Tech, specially brought the competitive homemade substitutive semi-conductor testing product produced by his company, winning a lot of praises.

      We sincerely appreciated every alumnus coming to offer their constructive suggestions on the future development of Kable-X and we truly believe that with the help of each alumnus, Kable-X would make its bigger breakthrough in 2024! We will actively take advantage of the technology innovation and talents fostering platform built together with the Xi'an Jiaotong University Suzhou Institute and the Application Technology Academy of Suzhou University, strengthening the cooperation on production, study and research and striving to make continuous development and breakthrough in new material, new technique, intelligent production, enterprise digitalization, talent team construction and etc.
